What does Executive Services do?
An executive coach's duty is to act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for leaders, assisting them in reaching their full potential, navigating complicated organizational dynamics, and being more effective in their positions. Though day-to-day activities may vary, the ultimate objective is to foster the client's professional development while also contributing to the organization's success.
This is accomplished through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions over time, the length of which varies according to the client's individual needs. From there, the executive coach will evaluate the client to create a baseline and suggest areas for development and progress. Executive coaches often use coaching assessment tools during this period.

Once the coach and client have defined a baseline and a target, the executive coach will plan their sessions so that the client may build the skills required to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

How is Executive Services structured?
Executive Services is comprised of two primary roles: Executive Counselor and Executive Advisor, both of which are controlled by Leading Partners. When paired with a client's devotion and engagement, this creates an ideal environment for positive, transformative development.
